Julia Cooper—Marketing Director, Russia
Based in Moscow, Julia is our Marketing Director for Russia. In this role, she is responsible for business development and servicing of governmental clients such as city and national bids (Olympic Games, Universiade and FIFA World Cup) as well as corporate sponsorship consulting throughout Russia and Eastern Europe. Julia spent two years in the Atlanta headquarters focused on Bid City Services before returning to Russia. She is a graduate of Moscow State University (MGU) where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and of the Institute of Business Studies and the Academy of National Economy (IBS-Moscow) where she obtained her Diploma in “Sports project management”. Prior to Joining Helios, Julia worked for the Moscow 2012 Olympic Games bid and the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games bid.
